Ordering Process:

Order Cancellation:

Customers may cancel their orders within 24 hours after purchase for a full refund. To cancel an order, please contact info@epoxysurfboards.com as soon as possible.

Shipping and Delivery:

Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on the destination and the size of the order. We offer shipping to most locations worldwide. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. If you experience delays or damage during shipping, please contact us immediately to resolve the issue.

Returns and Refunds:

Due to the custom nature of our surfboards, we do not offer refunds or returns unless the product is defective or damaged upon receipt. Please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving the product to arrange a replacement or repair. We stand behind the quality of our products and will work to ensure your satisfaction.

We offer a limited warranty against manufacturing defects for a period of 10 from the date of delivery or pick up. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under regular use and maintenance.

Product Warranty:

We offer a limited warranty against manufacturing defects for 90 days from the date of pickup or delivery. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and maintenance. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, or normal wear and tear.

If you believe your surfboard is experiencing a manufacturing defect covered by this warranty, please contact our team with proof of purchase and a description of the issue. We will evaluate the defect and, if deemed eligible under this warranty, provide repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion.

Intellectual Property Rights:

XTR Epoxy Technology or our partners own all designs, logos, and intellectual property associated with our surfboards. Unauthorized use or reproduction of our intellectual property is strictly prohibited.

Liability Limitations:

XTR Epoxy Technology shall not be liable for any damages, injuries, or losses incurred using our surfboards. By purchasing our products, customers acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with surfing.

Privacy Policy:

We collect and store customer information to process orders and provide customer support. This information is confidential and will not be shared with third parties without consent except as required by law. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more details.
